Isiolo Reptile Description

Isiolo Reptile Conservation Education and tourism center (IRCEATC) is an Eco-tourism venture that entails exhibition of live reptiles (crocodiles, tortoises, chameleons and lizards) and encompasses an education centre that offers natural history of reptiles at a fee. It also involves sensitizing and involving local community in management and conservation of reptiles. Main product of Isiolo reptile conservation education and tourism centre is viewer ship of reptiles and disseminating information about reptiles including habitat, distribution, and reproduction. Curio items like bangles, necklace and traditional ornaments are also available .

Conservation

Actually i love nature because without nature nothing would exist.Wildlife is what i treasure most because they are threatened with extinction.Currently i am involved in managing a reptile sanctuary where i hope to educate the local community about reptile behavior,habitat,and ecology.This i hope will make the local community understand more about reptile and in the end helping in protection of the animals.
The reptile facility currently has the following ,crocodiles,terrapins,tortoises,chameleons,.
